In the event that you find a lower rate from another U.S based agency within 72 hours from the time you sign the Group Tour Application, we will match and beat the price by 5% [based on the same services provided]. The Lowest Price Promise is subject to terms and conditions listed below.

Notifying your SAT Representative
You must contact us at 1-800-241-1728 within (72) hours from the time the Group Tour Application was signed by you and accepted by SAT, to request a review under the Best Rate Guarantee. The lower rate will be examined by our customer service representative and will reply within (24) hours.

“Apples to Apples” Field Trip Comparison
The Best Price Guarantee is available only for the same exact itinerary matches and every item and services included in your rate. Example: Same airline and schedule, same hotel, same restaurants, same bus company, etc. Also, same schedule and same day by day sequence. In order for SAT to perform a review and compare our proposal with the other "apples to Apples" the client must provide a copy of the other itinerary, cost, and/or list of suppliers with addresses and contact information of the tour operator(s).
